Nikolai Andreyevich Rimsky-Korsakov(18 March 1844 – 21 June 1908) was a Russian composer, a member of the group of composers known as The Five. He is therefore considered "the main architect" of what the classical-music public considers the "Russian style"
The competition offers cash prizes to winners and an invitation to a live concert in St. Petersburg.
Participants who use Rimsky-Korsakov's works to participate in the competition will have a chance to win commemorative medals and trophies prepared by the organizer.
Musicians from all countries are invited to participate: students and graduates of music schools, colleges and schools, higher music educational institutions, universities with music departments, private music institutions, studying in the form of self-education.
Application period for the invitational tournament: November 8, 2024 (inclusive) - December 5, 2024 (inclusive)
The results of the competition will be announced on December 15, 2024
Competition diplomas will be issued on December 25, 2024

Competition Rules:
1. The maximum length of the work is 25 minutes;
2. 1 to 2 works of different styles;
3. Participate in the competition using Rimsky-Korsakov's works and have a chance to win a commemorative medal;
4. Submit the video work and personal information before 24:00 on December 5, 2024;
Video Requirements
The parts of the work can be filmed separately and combined together, but editing within each work is prohibited;
Videos of exams and concerts can be included in this competition;
Post-processing of sound and video material is not allowed;
The outlines of the performers must be completely visible;
The quality of the video must be as clear as possible to avoid affecting the fairness of the evaluation.

The jury members are selected by the organizing committee from famous musicians and teachers of higher professional education institutions.
The voting form of the jury is closed and its decision cannot be modified.
The organizing committee awards electronic diplomas to the contestants, and the jury awards the highest award, first place, second place, third place, first prize, second prize, third prize and participation award.
Highest award: 10 points - 1 contestant receives 50,000 RUB cash award + award-winning diploma + instructor certificate
First place: 9.9 points - 1 contestant receives 30,000 RUB cash award + award-winning diploma + instructor certificate
Second place: 9.8 points - 2 contestants receive 20,000 RUB cash award + award-winning diploma + instructor certificate
Third place: 9.7 points - 3 contestants receive 10,000 RUB cash award + award-winning diploma + instructor certificate
First prize: 9.0-9.6 points - No limit on the number of winners, contestants receive award-winning diploma + instructor certificate
Second prize: 8.0-8.9 points - No limit on the number of winners, contestants receive award-winning diploma + instructor certificate
Third prize: 7.0-7.9 points - No limit on the number of winners, contestants receive award-winning diploma + instructor certificate
Participation award: Less than 7 points - There is no limit on the number of winners, and the contestants will receive a participation certificate + instructor certificate
